Tove Cecilie Viebe

Viebe is the founder and has served AS CEO of SEALD. She is a specialist in general surgery focusing on gastrointestinal surgery. Viebe holds a Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School and is a former senior consultant at the Department of Cancer and Surgery, Oslo University Hospital, and within palliative care at Hospice Lovisenberg. Viebe established and ran the Biotech 2010 and 2011 conferences on commercialisation of medical research. The conferences were among the biggest in Northern Europe in their field.

Paul Gordon

Paul Gordon is former senior researcher at the Department of Tissue Culture at The Cancer Research Institute, the Norwegian Radium Hospital, with a Dr. Philos degree centered around liver cells. He has more than 25 years experience as clinical project director and medical director at the clinical department of Nycomed (later Nycomed Amersham and finally GE Healthcare) and also clinical project director by Mentis Cura AS.
Rolf Engstad

Rolf E. Engstad has over 30 years of experience from the life-science industry and is approved as a qualified person (QP). He has been responsible for securing the manufacture and the pharmaceutical quality of clinical trial products and successful development of pharmaceutical and medical device products, as well as responsible for pre-clinical and clinical studies. He has longstanding research collaborations with international institutions and many Norwegian universities and research institutes. Engstad is also the inventor of more than 20 granted patents and patent applications.

Kami Faust is a specialist in Quality Management and Regulatory Affairs within the healthcare sector. She has more than 20 years experience in research, quality management and regulatory affairs for organizations such as University of Texas Medical Branch, NASA (in the Immunology, Pharmacology and Microbiology laboratories) and Norway Health Tech.
Jan Fikkan

Fikkan is currently a Business Advisor in the largest Norwegian incubator for health oriented start-up companies. In this capacity, he uses his 30+ years of international Med Tech and Pharma experience to advise Seald in its evolution.
