Tove Cecilie Viebe

Viebe is the founder and CEO of SEALD. She is a specialist in general surgery focusing on gastrointestinal surgery. Viebe holds an MBA from BI Norwegian Business School and is a former senior consultant at the Department of Cancer and Surgery, Oslo University Hospital, and Hospice Lovisenberg. Viebe established and ran the Biotech 2010 and 2011 conferences on commercialisation of medical research. The conferences were among the biggest in Northern Europe in their field.

Biljana Stangeland

Chief Data Officer

Dr. Rer. Nat, Ph.D Molecular biology

Stangeland is professor competent Chief Data Scientist and Managing Solution Architect with over 25 years of academic research, such as Oslo University Hospital and the University of Oslo.  She focused on use of machine learning and analytics to create value for organizations and companies. Her core skills include molecular biology, bioinformatics, machine learning, privacy regulations, strategic work and commercialization.

Lucile Souzy

Msc Mechanical Engineering

Lucile Souzy helds a Master’s degree of Mechanical and Design Engineering – INSA Lyon and BAI–BA Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering, Bioengineering option – Trinity College of Dublin, Ireland. Souzy´s main area is to implement, maintain and improve quality management systems (QMS). At Seald her responsibilities is Device classification & regulatory strategy, audits/gap analysis (MDR, QMS, Usability, Software, Risk). At Seald she is working in close cooperation with our preferred Clinical Research Organisation and Clinical Project Director (to be announced).

Ove V. Solesvik

Solesvik has more than 30 years of national and international experience with research-, technology- and innovation based business development and management, with main focus on Health and Life Sciences, including medical devices and E-health. He has extensive management experience from both public and private sector.
